Mollie and Johanna ran a 5k run in Twin. I was supposed to run it with them but I hurt my knee training for it. After the race we had an Easter party with the whole family. We ate food, did races with the kids and did an Easter Egg hunt.
We all waited for them to pass by, then when they did we all cheered really loud for them.

Then we went to Richfield for Berny's side of the family's family reunion.
This was a really cute day. The kids were fighting some sickness so Grandma had a "Tea Party" with them. In the little cup it had real, herbal, tea. The funny thing is that it actually worked. I can never get Whitney to drink tea, but because we were playing this game she drank it right up. Lance on the other hand, he tried but I think he ended up with more on him than in his tummy. But he had fun. I think Grandma had the most fun. Not only was she seeing her Grand kids liking something that was good for them but she also got to play and where a pretty necklace that Whitney put on all of us. FUN DAY!!
These pictures were taken at David and Julianne's Spanish Branch party. They had a lot of fun carnival games but the kids seemed to be spending the most time with this one. I don't know if that is a good this. They both really like throwing Aluminum foil rock and toy arrow a Samuel. Lance really got around this night I think I lost him twice just cause he kept wandering around and looking at stuff.
Easter was coming up and I hadn't gotten any Easter baskets yet so we decided to make some. I still had some white paint from painting our house, so i mixed some food coloring with it and made some pretty pastel colors. Then I paint-proofed the kids and we went at it. Whitney was very careful and deliberate with her painting Lance just wanted to paint himself, so much for paint-proofing. 
Whitney got a wild hair and decided she wanted to pain my fingernails. I thinks she did a pretty good job for a 3 year old. I painted hers too. I think I did a pretty good job for a 25 year old.
This was a very cute day!! In middle of April we had a snow storm and it dumb a couple of inches on us. Well Whitney got really excited and ran to find some snow cloths. This is what she found and she put it on all by herself. She made sure that she put on her cow girls boots that she had gotten from Aunt Shannon. But she didn't have to look very hard because she had been sleeping with them for the last couple of nights. She does that with anything she really likes. When she was a year old she would take roman noodles to bed with her. While she was outside She made a snowman all by herself. She knocked on the door and asked me for a carrot. The end result was really cute. It was really hard for Lance though. I can't remember why now, but for some reason I didn't want him to go outside, so Lance climbed up to the window and yelled to Whitney the who time. I felt so bad that when it warmed up and the snow was gone I put Lances coat on and let him go play in the mud. He really enjoyed that and he got very dirty.
