Ellis Halloween Party

This year we had our Halloween party at Derrick and Shannon's house. We set up tables, and games in their garage. Everyone dressed up so we had a runway show where all the kids had their time to strut their stuff in front of everyone while Christopher Waken (Heath) did their commentary. It was hilarious!! This was a fun idea. Our ward did this thing were lots of people decorated their cars and gave candy out to the kid as they walked by. These are the Butler kids, Scott and Jamie Butler.

Cutting Wood and Canning at Grandma and Grandpa's House

After we had our wood cutting camp out dad took the wood home. But it was a really big job to slit it all and stack it. So everyone came to help, it was awsome to see everyone working together and getting it all done. Mom put us women to work canning pears and plums too. I love my family.

Sunday Afternoon and Grandma Debbie and Papa's House

This was a really fun day. Before it got cold we went to visit Grandma Debbie and Papa. It was a beautiful day so we got out our horse Little Man. Lance was so brave he got right up on him and loved it.

This was as close as Whitney would get. But in her mind she was leading the horse. She is so funny! I love her.

Lance is such a tease. Grandma Debbie looks great she has lost 51 Ibs so far and is still losing. I am so proud of her.


Grandma Debbie found apple on her apple tree that has never produced apple before and they were really yummy. So we feasted on them while watching Berny work with the horse.
