Temple Square

While we were in Salt Lake we went to Temple Square. The kids loved it. They really liked the waterfall on the conference center. Lance really loved putting his hands in the water.

Berny's Mission Reunion

This year we went to Berny's mission reunion. This is President Lake and Sister Lake. They are such great examples of love and great people.

The kids were playing. They pushed each other around on the tables.

Easter Party at Derrick and Shannon's House

Easter 2012! This year we did our Easter egg hunt and Easter party at Derrick and Shannon's house. Lance love the little horses. Wesley took him in to see them first thing.

Derrick has really been working hard to fix up their place. he just built this barn that the kids love to play in.

All the kids loved jumping on the trampoline. Their favorite thing was doing a silly pose and I would take a picture then they would look at themselves.

Before the hunt we brought all the kid into the house they they couldn't see where the eggs were being hid. We sang song and tried to keep them busy.

The boys were talking business. Mark was trying to decide if he wanted to quit his job and go work for the church, so that he would have enough time to start his own business. Everyone had their opinion of what he should do. GUY TALK!

Grandma Debbie and Papa came too. I made sure to hide an egg in Papa's pocket.

Tristen was very eager and competitive!! He was right in there with the big kids.

Lance was content when he found his first egg with candy in it! lol! he is his daddy's boy.

Whitney did very well! She found a lot of the hard one, including the one in papa's pocket.

Papa was good help for Whitney.

Then the big boys started playing!

While we were watching Mark and Derrick do their flips I notice that I didn't see Lance or Tristen. We started looking for them and this is where we found them.

They had gotten through the fence and climbed on Clyde.

 The kid went on a wagon ride with Shannon. It was fun but I had eaten a lot so I  decided to get off and run for a bit. When Tristen saw me to that he said "I RUN" and he got off. This the most driven kid I have ever seen, just like his dad. He ran the whole way. Even when I was ready to get back on the wagon he did not want to. He just kept saying "NO, I RUN!!"

 The boys were putting the wagon away and I am not sure how David maneuvered his way into getting the Job that he had. lol!!
